Crossbow's Summer Update Jay Bower, Crossbow Group's President, dropped us a line today, updating his predictions made earlier this year. He says: "Hope you've enjoyed these last weeks of summer. That agrees with what I know. One fund manager I work with says he is only limited by the lack of good CEOs. All the rest -- technologies, markets, finances -- is comparatively much easier.
